For the past 7 years grass fed cattle has been our passion. We believe that it is the healthiest and best tasting meat that will satisfy customers for years to come. Akaushi has more marbling than other breeds of cattle, giving you that tender juicy desired buttery-flavored beef.

We believe that the Akaushi (Red) Wagyu is superior to all other cattle.  Akaushi (Red) Wagyu contain a higher amount of monounsaturated fat which leads to lower cholesterol and improved heart health. We breed both Akaushi and Angus cattle creating both 100% Akaushi and American Wagyu for fresh Farm to Table beef. All cattle sold is raised at our Ranch.
