We believe that the Akaushi (Red) Wagyu is superior to all other cattle. Akaushi (Red) Wagyu contain a higher amount of monounsaturated fat which leads to lower cholesterol and improved heart health. We breed both Akaushi and Angus cattle creating both 100% Akaushi and American Wagyu for fresh Farm to Table beef. All cattle sold is raised at our Ranch.
